USB/SPDIF converter kit from "HAGERMAN Tecnology"

HagUsb is an USB/SPDIF converter from United States. A really interesting project, with a cheap price (for the italian market standard). Build quality is excellent, far from other similar amateur kit on the italian market! 

Circuit board design is compact, signal layout is linear, power planes are ok. It's a 2 layers circuit board with solder resist and simbology.

Kit arrive with smd components already soldered on the circuit board and a simple but effective paper manual. I've buy others required components from Digikey. Total cost is near 45euros.

It's really simple to use. I've test it on Windows2000 and WindowsXP; connect to an USB port and after a while a new audio device named "USB Speaker" is found. No need of external driver; all is in the operating system. I've used it with foobar2000 audio player.

Fully funcional with no external power supply; it used USB's +5Vdc.
